Automatic Real-Time Conversion: If your credit card, debit card, or bank account is issued in a local currency other than USD, your issuing bank or payment provider will automatically convert the transaction amount based on current market exchange rates at the moment of checkout.
Cross-Border Banking Fees: Please note that any international transaction fees, foreign currency conversion premiums, or cross-border banking surcharges are set and collected solely by your card issuer or bank. NexaStars LLC has no control over these institutional adjustments.
Promotional Codes & Gift Vouchers
Manual Application at Checkout: Authorized promotional discount codes or gift vouchers must be manually entered into the designated Promo Code field on the checkout summary page. Click Apply to recalculate your order total prior to finalizing payment.
Retroactive Application Policy: The discount must be successfully reflected in the total order amount before you complete payment. Once an order is authorized and processed by Shopify Payments, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to that transaction.
