Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your explicit consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.

Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other credentials, including your email address, physical delivery address, and payment card details, so that we can complete your transactions and deliver your garments seamlessly.

Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from using our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). General Conditions & Information Security

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Product Representation, Sizing & Pricing Accuracy

Information & Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and silhouettes of our garments. However, as actual colors depend on your monitor display settings, we cannot guarantee 100% color exactness.

Garment Measurements: For ready-to-wear dresses, size guides are provided for reference. For bespoke custom orders, clients are responsible for providing accurate physical measurements during consultation.

Price Modifications: Prices for our products and tailoring services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any design or service without liability to any third party.

Order Acceptance, Bespoke Conditions & Cancellations

Order Approval: We reserve the right to decline or limit any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

Bespoke & Custom Orders: Once a bespoke order or custom modification request enters the fabric-cutting or hand-embroidery stage (24 hours post-placement), the order becomes a non-standard custom agreement subject to our specific Return & Refund Policy terms.

Wholesale Filtering: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or commercial distributors.

Third-Party Links & Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as currency converters, logistics tracking systems, or payment processors) over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties or endorsements.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to external platforms. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party platforms.

User Comments, Submissions & Bespoke Feedback

If you send us creative ideas, custom embroidery designs, sizing suggestions, or reviews (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, edit, publish, or distribute such feedback without restriction. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, compensate for submission usage, or respond to every comment.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to garment descriptions, pricing, promotions, bespoke lead times, or transit estimates. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Limitation of Liability: You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our service is at your sole risk.
